The Sending Party may share that information with third-party processors that support its operations, including processors in other countries, subject to applicable law.
You are not required to receive documents electronically or to sign electronically. You may request paper copies and withdraw consent as described below.
You may request paper copies of agreements, notices, and other documents. You may also download and print open or signed documents made available through the InfraOps service. The Sending Party may email PDF copies of agreements you need to sign. To receive paper copies instead of electronic documents, close this browser session and request paper copies from the Sending Party using the contact method below. The Sending Party may charge a fee for paper copies.
You may withdraw consent to conduct business electronically, to receive electronic documents, and to use electronic signatures at any time by notifying the Sending Party and requesting paper format. Withdrawal instructions are below.
You agree to receive electronic communications, agreements, notices, and other documents, and to use electronic signatures, for related InfraOps documents over the course of your relationship with the Sending Party, until you withdraw consent as described below.
Agreements and other documents signed before withdrawal of consent remain valid. Notices received before withdrawal remain valid. If you later use the electronic signature system again, you again consent to electronic delivery and electronic signatures.
You may download and print documents made available to you through the InfraOps service.
To (a) request paper copies, (b) withdraw consent to conduct business electronically, (c) withdraw consent to receive electronic agreements or notices, (d) withdraw consent to sign electronically, or (e) update your contact information, contact the Sending Party at [email protected] and reference InfraOps and your company or plan identifier.
